Your Treatment Journey
From the first impression when you discover our practice, to meeting our team members, and speaking with the doctor, our goal is to add value to your experience and strive to exceed your expectations.
Our philosophy is to provide the appropriate treatment on the conservative scope, as we exercise professionalism and quality dentistry in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Patient education, explaining the phases of treatment, answering all questions and concerns, and helping you feel informed is our top priority.

Registration & Reception
The first step is to talk to our Schedule Coordinator to reserve your appointment. Feel free to ask any and all questions you may have. Our goal is to give you the best possible answers and help make you feel as comfortable as possible.
Once you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our office team and they will quickly verify your personal information and provide you with the required forms to fill out.
Consultation Room
Once you’re in an exam room, our friendly dental assistant will sit you and help you get comfortable and ready to meet with your doctor.
At the time of your oral exam, the doctor will ask you questions to get to know you and your oral health history. At this point the doctor may request x-rays to be taken in order to help with a comprehensive exam and assist in diagnosing potential issues, such as infection, in the bones or teeth.
Appointment Policy
Our office tailors each appointment according to your treatment; allowing ample time for you and the doctor.
If any changes or cancellations are needed, we kindly ask for a courtesy notice of 48 hours.
Financial Responsibility Policy
We are committed to providing you and your family with the highest caliber of dental care available. Our goal is to fully inform you of the required financial responsibilities and help you make inform decisions about your treatment.
Please Note:
- Dental Insurance is provided to assist in the cost of dental treaments, however, not all procedures may be covered. Some procedures may only be partially covered.
- In the case you have a copayment, or treatment that is not covered, we ask our patients to pay at the time of service, unless a financial arrangement has been previously made.
- Our office accepts all major credit cards, and financing through CareCredit.
